Obama, US Attorney General Eric Holder, and Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano are oblivious to the seriousness of WikiLeaks revealing sensitive documents to the general public. There isn't an outrage one would expect coming from the White House. This dogma has made the United States a laughing stock to the rest of the world. Instead making this top priority, the White House is more concern making our lives in the airport less bearable and shutting down website that share music files to the masses.
Obama needs to focus on preventing future occurrences and lessen the embarrassment this country is experiencing. Similar to the Gulf Oil Spill, Obama was slow in responding to the first leak back in July 2010. Obama's inexperience is showing his true incompetence. Sarah Palin raised a very good question by saying,
"Most importantly, serious questions must also be asked of the U.S. intelligence system. How was it possible that a 22-year-old Private First Class could get unrestricted access to so much highly sensitive information? And how was it possible that he could copy and distribute these files without anyone noticing that security was compromised?"
WikiLeaks should be classified as a terrorist organization. The founder has release a posting of classified documents revealed the identity of more than 100 Afghan sources to the Taliban. Since only a small portion of the 250,000 documents release were not surprisingly new, there are more documents that are deemed highly classified which can hamper our relationship with our allies and put our troops in harms way.
This is a very serious matter that the White House is pushing under the rug. Not showing outrage, Obama made it quite clear he really doesn't care. His Administration is lackadaisical and unsupervised. He is an utter failure and should be a one term president.
