In the 2010 Midterm Election, Democrats didn't want Republicans to take over as the Majority because of the fear of reprisal. In fact, Democrats are expecting some backlash from the GOP like investigating illegal misconduct within the Obama Administration.
For example, it is possible for Attorney General Eric Holder to be investigated for the Black Panther misconduct during the 2008 election and giving Miranda rights to terrorist suspects.
Another possibility, an investigation on HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and her role with the implementation of Obamacare. Likewise, investigating DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano incompetence with border security, immigration and improper management with TSA would be an interest with Congress.
To make things interesting, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner would be investigated for his improper handling of Freddie Mae/Fannie Mac, TARP, bailouts to banks and the auto industry.
Finally, after investigating the czars appointed by the president, it is only a matter of time when the Republicans goes after the prize trophy, Barack Hussein Obama.
