Update: Fire was intentionally set at Islamic Center in Corvallis where alleged "Christmas Tree Bomber" plot suspect attended

There is a problem I have with law enforcement conducting this case. They are claiming it is a hate crime. Well, the bomber did it to himself by trying to kill a town full of people, including children, at a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. We can tolerated radical Muslims to a certain point before non-Muslims will fight back.

(Oregon Live) – A fire was reported early this morning at a the Salman Alfarisi Islamic Center in Corvallis where Portland bomb plot "Christmas Tree Bomber" suspect Mohamed Osman Mohamud sometimes attended.
The fire was reported at about 2:30 a.m. today. Officials would not say how the fire started, citing an investigation.

Islamic Center leader Imaam Yosof Wanly condemned the alleged plot by the 19-year-old Oregon State University student, stating he “denounced the actions of Mohamed Mohamud.”
Wanly said he doesn’t believe the fire is a reflection on the community of Corvallis where he has lived for 24 years.

“I know people here know the true reality of the Muslim community here,” he said. “It’s a sad situation.”

Wanly said Mohamud was not a regular attendee of the mosque, but that he came once or twice a month since arriving on campus.

The fire was contained to one room in the mosque, an office, which was 80 percent damaged and there were no injuries.

Early Sunday morning, a pile of charred items were placed on a green tarp near where the office was located on the first floor of the northwest side of the building. There is no sign on the two-story, white stucco structure that states the name of the center.
