Household Net Worth Declined During Todays Non-Recession

Even though we are told the recession ended last year in 2009, the current state of our net worth dramatically dwindle. How is it possible during a non-recessionary period in 2010 to cause U.S. household wealth to fall by $1.5 trillion in the second quarter? I thought the spending by the government will alleviate it, but I must been mistaken. Government intervention caused unemployment to remain high and the housing market in distress.

Here is the reality. Household net worth fell to $53.5 trillion, well below the $64.2trillion it had reached at the end of 2007 when the recession officially began.

The US Government is playing fuzzy math again in determining what is the real debt this country amassed. It is not the $14 tillions as they want us to believe, but more likely, it is close to $60 trillion. If we took our entire assets ($75 trillion) and paid off our total debt ($115 trillion), we would still be $40 trillion in the hole. In other words, this country is broke!

Democrats Exposes Republican Congressional Challenger Social Security Number on Mass Mailer

This is the typical Democrat strategy. They would cheat to gain the win, no matter how serious the intent. We have seen whining, riots, court actions, rigging the ballots, stuffing the ballots, and now, exposing the opponents social security number publicly.

The Florida Democratic Party said it made a mistake when it included Republican congressional challenger Allen West's Social Security number in an attack mailer.

The mailer was a tax lien notice pulled from Allen West public records in Indiana to embarrass the GOP congressional candidate. With most of the private informtion blacked out, West's Social Security number is visible in a column that says "Identifying Number."

It doesn't take a moron to figure out that the nine-digit number is a Social Security number. At least, a skilled thief could definitely identify it. There's no mistaking what it is.

So, U.S. Rep. Ron Klein (D-Boca Rotan) and his campaign office will pay for identify theft monitoring for the next two years. Aren't the Democrats awesome? (sarcasm)

President Rips off a Fruit Vendor by Paying $1.00 for 4 Apples

President Obama traveled to Philadelphia today and tried to pay for four apples with one dollar. What a cheapsake! Recognizing the error, Obama personal aide quickly stepped in and correctly paid the vendor, who had just been ripped off by the leader of the free world. Now, if Bush did this, can you imagine the national headlines?

Besides being a cheapsake, Obama walked around shaking hands and was suddenly unable to contain his hunger. Obama couldn't resist the sweet aroma from a nearby vendor who sold cheese steak sandwiches. He proceeds to ordered a couple of cheese steak sandwiches with sweet peppers and mushrooms.

Later on, Obama order himself a small mint chocolate chip ice cream cone.

Companies and Investors are Scared Putting Money into Wall Street

With the recent highs and lows of the stock market, Wall Street is signaling a downturn in profits. Don't be fooled by the market. Such rise of the stock market may be attributed by a "jumping the bangwagon" mentality as one investment house buying, selling, or shorting one of their position. Keep in mind that many companies are sitting over $3 trillion dollar in cash and private investors are sitting over $1trillion in cash. Companies are not spending and investors are not buy because we live in uncertainty.

In today's news, the activities at Wall Street, like selling, trading stocks/bonds, and advising on mergers, are running at levels well below where they were at this point last year. The annual revenue generated from Wall Street’s main businesses is projected to drop 25 percent, to around $42 billion in 2010, from $56 billion last year. Also, the pace of trading this summer was slow even by normal summer standards. Trading in shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange was down by 11 percent in July from 2009 levels, and August volume was off nearly 30 percent.

So, if companies and private investors are afraid to put money into Wall Street, there is no room for growth and making money in this country. Capitalism will soon be dead. Yup, the recession is over! (sarcasm)

The National Bureau of Economic Research, who determines the state of the economy, declared that the recession that began in December 2007 ended in June 2009. Isn't this news a bit little too late? The current economy still sucks. High unemployment, weak dollar, high home foreclosure, increased poverty, and less consumer spending are indicators that this economy is not growing. If the recession ended last year, why did Obama went on a string of stimulus spending to spur the economy? Something doesn't add up. I believe that the Obama Administration force the National bureau of Economic Research to give the "good news" to artificially boost confidence and hopefully halt the Obama disapproval numbers. This means if we head to another downturn, which we are still currently on, it will being another starting point of a new recession. So, in future recessions, Obama can give a lame excuse that the first recession was stop by government spending and further spending is the only solution to stop further recessions. This is call stupdity at its best.

Gingrich Calls For Federal Ban On Shariah Law In US

Newt Gingrich made a valid point regarding how our liberal judicial system is legislating from the bench. Our judges are interpreting our laws as they deem fit and their biased nature may cause a conflict of interest in many cases they review. Hence, new laws must be added to the books to prevent any mischievous manipulation from these judges.

I highly resent this country as being Islamophobic. This country is very tolerant to every religion that one practices. This smokescreen is the Medias concoction to bring civil discourse in this country. Because Newt Gingrich wanted a law to prevent Shariah Law from taking precedence in our courtrooms, the media felt he was being Islamophobic. With the courts wanting to use international law as the means to render a decision, it seems that Newt had a valid point. Shariah Laws are religious laws and should not be used as precedence in any court room. Therefore, if such laws are to be used, then we must also use the Holy Bible and the Torah too.

The American people are against the mosque being built only on Ground Zero in NYC. To have the right to build a mosque is different from it being right to build it. America has Become a Poverty Stricken Nation

It doesn’t matter if the unemployment claim figures are down or the job figures improve, there are more people living in poverty in America. To be accurate, 1 in 7 Americans live in poverty. Another fact that is startling, child poverty went up to 20%. Because of lost of income due to no jobs, Obama has done nothing to curb the bleeding. America is losing its status around the world. Stimulus Money for Los Angeles Produced 55 Jobs

$594 million of federal stimulus money awarded to Los Angeles produced a different outcome than they thought. After an audit done to the usage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act fund, it was revealed that the $111 million in federal stimulus fund used so far produced 55 jobs. At this rate, if they continue to use all the money given to them, they would probably create no more than 400 jobs. So far, the $860 billion stimulus bill didn't do crap in creating jobs. It was a waste of our hard earned money!

A former advisor from the Obama election campaign and transition team gave a very sincere insight of a man who didn’t want to be president. President Obama can be described as a thin-skinned spoiled brat who is only good for giving speeches.

This former advisor went on to say that Obama would rather watch ESPN than lead this country. It has become apparent that the community organizer doesn’t show any interest to be president. Obama is only interested in talking about sports and playing golf. Outside from that, he is not interested talking about Congress, policies, war in Afghanistan and Iraq, current events here and abroad, and national security. The former advisor went on to say that Obama is all about prepared speeches. In reality, he is a normal run-of-the-mill person who has a nervous stutter and unable to create a concise sentence. Just look how he performs away from a Teleprompter. Obama goes off in tangents, gives long pauses, and lots of “ummms.”

Besides not being the superman many wanted him to be, Obama is an ordinary man with problems like any other guy. Being president of a country, it does take a major toll in a person’s personal life and marriage. Without going into details, the former advisor went to say that Barack and Michelle are having issues. In addition, there is bickering among cabinet members, Chief of Staff, and advisors. In other words, the White House is in disarray.

Even though the former advisor said that Obama shouldn’t have a problem winning in 2012, he went to say that four more years of a Obama presidency will be a disaster. Obama has been described as lazy, unfocused, and unmotivated. The former advisor went on to say that Obama wasn’t ready to be president. The media gave the presidency to him. It is very revealing that someone from inside the Obama circle was brave enough to spill his guts out. It clarifies all along that Obama was a mistake.

Not Surprise After Obama Says Combat Operations in Iraq Ends Insurgents Strike

It is not a surprise to see a buildup of insurgent attacks after the last US battalion left Iraq. But as few knew, US kept 50,000 troops in Iraq, which consist of 5,000 Special Forces soldiers to conduct regular combat operations with the Iraqi army.

To the insurgents, they were taken aback that the Iraqi army is still strong and committed. At least 6 insurgents were killed and several injured during midday at a base camp in Baghdad. With Americans aiding the Iraqi army, they repelled a major attack. This is the first significant attack after Obama address to the American people calling US combat operations were over. Someone needs to give that memo to the insurgents. Also, someone needs to give a memo to Obama because insurgents are stepping up their attacks in recent weeks. Honestly, Obama has no idea what he is doing. If more attacks follow and it detrimentally affects US soldiers, Obama will not only own the Afghanistan war; he will own the Iraqi War too.

I am very impressed that a small town Christian church in Gainesville, Florida can make international headway halfway around the world. The story is about a Florida pastor Terry Jones, who has said he will burn copies of Islam's holy book to mark the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Pastor Jones heads a 50-member congregation at the Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida. The reason behind burning the Quran on September 11 is symbolic in nature. Pastor Jones states, "We must send a clear message to the radical element of Islam. We will no longer be controlled and dominated by their fears and threats."

This story went international and it is upsetting many Muslims worldwide. Honestly, just make more Qurans. It isn't that hard. If they want to debate the legitimacy of Islam, that is another story. To make this issue on the international scale is ridiculous. I just don't understand how Gen. David Petraeus can justify saying that by burning the Koran on September 11, will put American troops in danger and damage the war efforts. That is pretty silly to say.

It is that solution most Americans care the most and that solution is to spend more money.

Obama opines infrastructure, infrastructure, and infrastructure. He wants to see more roads, railway, and runways to be built. He wants more green energy to be built-in America and made by Americans. The only problem is that he wants to spend $50 billion on this project on something that may generate 400 jobs. We have spent close to a trillion dollars in the stimulus bill and that produced a 10% unemployment rate. We all know spending will not create jobs, but that is the Obama doctrine. The green energy and “Cap and Trade” is a scam. We have the first electric car and no one is buying it. The European Union has Wind Energy that is hijacked by the Mafia as a dummy corporation to fund their illicit programs. We are sitting on a huge oil, natural gas, and coal in this country and we are unable to use it because the EPA. We are decades off to use clean energy effectively. Why can’t we use what we have now while we develop “green energy?” It is crazy that such idiotic nonsense goes unnoticed.

No idiot would do so much to destroy the health of this country unless influence by a third-party. We have spent close to a trillion dollars in the stimulus bill and that produced a 10% unemployment rate. We all know spending will not create jobs, but that is the Obama doctrine. The green energy and “Cap and Trade” is a scam. We have the first electric car and no one is buying it. The European Union has Wind Energy that is hijacked by the Mafia as a dummy corporation to fund their illicit programs. We are sitting on a huge oil, natural gas, and coal in this country and we are unable to use it because the EPA. We are decades off to use clean energy effectively. Why can’t we use what we have now while we develop “green energy?” It is crazy that such idiotic nonsense goes unnoticed.

Honestly, Obama isn’t the one running the show. He is a puppet under George Soros who is forcing the president to do the outrageous. No idiot would do so much to destroy the health of this country unless influence by a third-party. Socialism is an only an ideology, but destroying the infrastructure that made this country great is another thing. Obama doesn’t know what he is doing. He calls FoxNews an illegitimate news organization and the Tea Party racist. Obama is force by George Soros to say these things because Soros is threatened by the American people. Sure, he can make billions of dollars trading against the dollar in the Foreign Exchange market. Of course, he can make billions of dollars by hedging against capitalism. However, there is one thing Soros can’t overcome and that is the Americans resolve. Americans will not allow this country be destroyed by idiots and will fight every step of the way to remove these jokers in Washington. The election is in less than eight weeks and it can’t come soon enough.

Ohio Voters Want Bush to Run the Country than Obama

In a recent poll, Ohio voters (50%-42% margin) say they rather have George W. Bush as president than Barack Obama. Also, an overwhelming support of Independents and Democrats prefer Bush than Obama.

As many Americans rated Bush as one of the worst US Presidents, many are starting to reconsider their own ignorant view. Many are sorting out the fact and find that Bush isn’t bad after all. With 20 months under his belt, Obama created a very chaotic environment for the American people. It seems the false messiah (Obama) was unable to fulfill the promises he pledge he would do as president.

There is a big difference between Bush and Obama. President Bush is a man of character and conviction. He is modest man who truly loves his country. Bush is no fiscal conservative, but a compassionate conservative. Bush is a very religious man who is very genuine about his faith and not afraid to wear it on his sleeves. Bush will not apologize for America and will protect this country that he loves.

In contrast, Obama is the polar opposite. He definitely lacks those traits to be a great leader and president. Obama does not believe in American exceptionalism. Rather, Obama wants to level the playing field by compromising our national security, apologizing to other nations for our arrogance, and appeasing with our enemies. While Bush lowered our taxes to strengthen our economy, Obama raised taxes and force us Obamacare. Bush is a type of guy you can have fun with because the man is able to make fun of himself and knows his limitations. On the other hand, Obama is very thinned-skin and gets angry at the slightest insult. Also, many believe Bush never lectured us as little children like Obama. It seems the current president is very condescending and arrogant.

Since Ohioans favor Bush over Obama to run this country, I bet there are more people missing Bush now. With a 10-percentage point lead in the midterm generic Congressional ballot, Republicans are gearing to spanking the living daylights on Democrats this coming November.

Democrats Can Run But They Can Not Hide from the November Elections

It is so funny how this election cycle has become. Democrats are distancing from Barack Obama like the plague. They are also running away from being Democrats. We know that this coming November election will be a huge backlash against Democrats, but to be cowards not mentioning they are Democrats is an embarrassment.

Democrats on Capitol Hill can run, but cannot hide. The economy and high unemployment will not change in the next several months. With the disappointing speech from the president on prime time at the Oval Office, Obama did not talk about the economy as anticipated, but rather, he talked about Iraq. It seems that the president has thrown Congress under the bus to save his own butt. Out of desperation, Congress followed the Obama rant and started to blame the economy on Bush. With eyes rolling, the American people won’t be duped with the blame game.

As it stands, Republican has a 10-point generic edge over Democrats. That huge lead has never been seen in the 60 years of the Gallup poll. With a high enthusiasm of conservative voters, they are fired up about the elections. Liberal Democrats are frustrated and disgusted that they are Democrats and not enthusiastic about the November election. This time it’s the GOP’s turn fix the mess Democrats caused.

The War in Afghanistan is Obama's Vietnam

Obama has a very difficult time to multitask his role as president. As the war in Afghanistan escalates, it has become a big distraction as he tries to fix the lagging economy. This president thinks the war is only in Iraq and Afghanistan, but there are growing concerns that al-Qaeda is forming a strong base in Yemen, and Somalia. It seems too premature to abandon our military strength abroad. Such action would be lead to unfortunate spill of blood and treasure. It is Obama’s ownership of both wars now. Obama is a politician and lawyer, who never served in the armed forces. It is unfathomable to think he can lead as a commander-in-chief.

22 New Taxes Under Obamacare

Directly from the Americans for Tax Reform website, they list interesting bullets on Obamacare.

There are over twenty new or higher taxes in Obamacare. Several will first go into effect on January 1, 2011. They include:

The Tanning Tax. This went into effect on July 1st of this year. It imposes a new, 10% excise tax on getting a tan at a tanning salon. There is no exemption for tanners making less than $250,000 per year.

The “Medicine Cabinet Tax” Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health reimbursement (HRA) pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines (except insulin).

The HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike. This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent.

Brand Name Drug Tax. Starting next year, there will be a multi-billion dollar tax assessment imposed on name-brand drug manufacturers. This tax, like all excise taxes, will raise the price of medicine, hurting everyone.

Economic Substance Doctrine. The IRS is now empowered to disallow perfectly-legal tax deductions and maneuvers merely because it judges that the deduction or action lacks “economic substance.” This is obviously an arbitrary empowerment of IRS agents.

Employer Reporting of Health Insurance Costs on a W-2. This will start for W-2s in the 2011 tax year. While not a tax increase in itself, it makes it very easy for Congress to tax employer-provided healthcare benefits later.

It doesn't matter how the media will try to make a disaster smell pretty. The overall result comes to this. We have lost 283,000 jobs during the Obama's "Recovery Summer." We now have an unemployment rate at 9.6%. What do you expect when you have academia with theories that are untested running this experiment in this country. Socialism doesn't work. Trickle up proverty and squeezing the middle class is a theory most socialist believe in, but not us. Obama has never ran a business. His economic advisors are all academia with no tested merit except what they read in liberal books. We need experience to run this country. We do not need on the job training.
