In 2010 Fox News Had More Total Viewers Than MSNBC, CNN, And HLN COMBINED

Only people with common sense smarts watch FoxNews.....

(Business Insider)- It was also the only news channel to hit the top 10 in cable networks, ranking fourth in Primetime behind USA, ESPN and TNT.

Want some context for that? Fox News’ total viewers for the year exceeded MSNBC, HLN, and CNN combined.

That dominance came primarily at the expense of CNN which lost 29% of its total viewership in 2010 and 34% of its prime time viewers. Yes, you read that right.

MSNBC, meanwhile stayed the course in total day total viewers – it was the only news channel not to drop in that category — but dropped 5% year over year in prime time total viewers and 9% in the prime time demo.

Pakistan Muslims Believe US Prosecute People Who Blasphemy Jesus Christ

If that was the case, every single American would be in jail! I can't stand ignorant people!

KARACHI: Religio-political parties including Jamaat-i-Islami (JI), Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, Jamait Ulema-i-Pakistan (JUP), Jamiat Ahle-Hadith, Tanzeem-i-Islami, Tahreek-i-Islami have announced a complete shutter-down strike across Pakistan on December 31, 2010.

JI’s deputy chief, Professor Abdul Ghafoor Ahmed, said on Tuesday that the strike will be held to protest against the “conspiracies” of present rulers to repeal the blasphemy law. Ghafoor said that he regretted that “anti-Islam elements and their local agents” were out to repeal the blasphemy laws in Pakistan to achieve their “malicious goals” against Muslims.

He said that the blasphemy laws had been drafted by clerics from all schools of thought and passed by the National Assembly unanimously.

Ghafoor said that sentences for blasphemy against Jesus Christ are incorporated in the laws of western states, including the United States and the United Kingdom among other countries. He said that no religion in the world allows blasphemy against messengers of God.

Consumer Confidence Shows Surprise Drop in December

Before the media blast how sales during the Christmas season was fantastic, the reality is that we are still in a recession and the economy still sucks.

(CNBC) U.S. consumer confidence unexpectedly deteriorated in December, hurt by increasing worries about the jobs market, according to a private report released on Tuesday.

The Conference Board, an industry group, said its index of consumer attitudes slipped to 52.5 in December from an upwardly revised 54.3 in November.

The median of forecasts from analysts polled by Reuters was for a reading of 56.0.

Exploding Bullets Not Hairspray Caused Bomb Scare at Miami Airport

The bag didn't have a gun. It only had bullet primers. Why would anyone pack a bagful of primers? It is possible that the unstable primers would activate and cause a fire in the hull of the plane. This is a terrorist act and the police won't admitt to it. We shall see what the investigation reveals.

(NBC Miami) A man has been arrested after FBI and TSA officials said his luggage contained volatile gun parts, which caused his bag to explode Tuesday just before it was about to be loaded on a plane.

The unidentified 37-year-old man had 500 to 700 bullet primers in his luggage. Primers are considered the "spark plugs" of a bullet and ignites the gun powder, projecting it toward the intended target.

Officials originally said the exploding bag was caused by a hairspray aerosol can.

The situation turned out to be much more serious and could have been even more dangerous if the bag containing the combustible elements would have exploded while the plane was in the air.

The Miami-Dade bomb squad was called to the airport around 11:30 a.m. after a baggage handler said he was taking luggage to an American Airlines plane that had just arrived from Boston and a bag exploded, sending pieces of metal flying.

The FBI confirmed the passenger and the exploding checked bag got on the flight in Boston and the luggage was being transferred to another flight headed for Jamaica.

The 148 original passengers from Flight 2585 had already departed the plane before the incident.

While it is legal to have a gun and ammunition in your checked bags, it is illegal to pack primers or percussion caps.

Senator Jeb Bush May Soon Be A Reality For Florida

I wrote couple months ago that Jeb Bush should run for the US Senate. He is extremely popular with Florida voters and should be a shoe-in to take on Democrat Senator Bill Nelson. In fact, Jeb Bush can actually beat Bill Nelson base on several polls. With George W. Bush rise in popularity, the time is perfect for the younger brother to run.

(Roll Call) Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is the strong favorite among Republican voters to challenge Sen. Bill Nelson (D) in 2012, a new Public Policy Polling survey shows.

Tom Jensen, director of the Democratic-leaning polling firm, said the findings — 72 percent of GOP voters chose Bush as their preferred candidate — differ from other state surveys in which voters have “no clue” whom they want to challenge the Democratic incumbent.

“With Bush in the equation none of the other options given get any higher than 6% — that’s for perennial candidate Bill McCollum — and once you get past McCollum no one else even tops 3%,” Jensen wrote on the PPP blog.

111th Congress Added More Debt Than First 100 Congresses Combined: $10,429 Per Person in U.S.

Before criticing about Republican spending, Democrats are worst.......

(CNS News) The federal government has accumulated more new debt--$3.22 trillion ($3,220,103,625,307.29)—during the tenure of the 111th Congress than it did during the first 100 Congresses combined, according to official debt figures published by the U.S. Treasury.

That equals $10,429.64 in new debt for each and every one of the 308,745,538 people counted in the United States by the 2010 Census.

In fact, the 111th Congress not only has set the record as the most debt-accumulating Congress in U.S. history, but also has out-stripped its nearest competitor, the 110th, by an astounding $1.262 trillion in new debt.

Democrats controlled both the House and Senate in the 110th and 111th Congresses.

Examiner Editorial: Closing the books on the worst Congress | Washington Examiner

(Washington Examiner) Americans can give thanks in this Christmas season for an end to the reckless and destructive 111th Congress. This is the Congress that passed Obamacare, against the wishes of a substantial majority of the public, on Christmas Eve of last year. In the dead of night, Democratic lawmakers stuffed the monstrous 2,700-page bill with special-interest goodies and political payoffs like the "Cornhusker Kickback" and the "Louisiana Purchase."

Similarly, odds are that not one member of the 111th Congress actually read the so-called "cap-and-trade" bill before it passed the House in June 2009. There is also serious doubt that any member of Congress understood the 2,000-page financial reform bill that Congress passed this summer. One of its two main sponsors, Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., remarked, "No one will know until this is actually in place how it works. But we believe we've done something that has been needed for a long time. ..."

They unsuccessfully pushed for the biggest tax increase in American history, a yearlong spending bill loaded with pork, and a DREAM Act to award amnesty to certain children of illegal immigrants. We hope that voters will remember these misguided initiatives in two years.

And Democrats wonder why Gallup found this Congress to be the least popular in the history of its polls?

This is a Holy War Against Christians and Jews, Bring back the Crusade

There is no justice for Christians in the Middle East. There is no outcry from any country condemning these heinous acts. I thought Islam had religious tolerance. Not even moderate Muslims are standing up with Christians to put to an end to the massacre. I wonder if the roles were reverse and Christians started killing Muslims. I wonder if there would be an outcry.

(The Hill)- Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill are fervently pressing the White House to stem mounting attacks on Christians in Iraq.

Since 2004, 40 Christian churches and institutions have been bombed, according to the Chaldean Assyrian Syriac Council of America, seven on the eve of Orthodox Christmas alone in 2007.

In a recent letter to President Obama, the group warned that the current situation “promises more innocent Christian blood in Iraq, more turmoil in that country, and more shame for America.”

Lawmakers hope they can steer the attention of the White House to the intensifying violence.
Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.), the only Assyrian member of Congress and a close friend of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), remembers well listening to her grandparents’ stories of family members being slain or fleeing the region, as they did when they came to the United States.

“History is repeating itself,” the congresswoman somberly told The Hill.

Eshoo and the co-chairman of the Religious Minorities in Iraq Caucus, Rep. Frank Wolf (R-Va.), have been trying to bring awareness to the plight of Christians in Iraq since the invasion of that country by coalition forces upended the sectarian dynamic, provided fertile ground for extremist groups such as al Qaeda to take root and put religious minorities under new pressure.

Its not Global Warming, We are Entering in a Mini Ice Age

As a young boy, my seventh-grade science teacher said that we are entering in a global cooling phase. It is that statement that stuck in my mind. It wasn't until the year 2000, global warming became a hot issue. Without conclusive evidence, society became engross to kill carbon dioxide emission. Currently, the narrative from the global warming mongers are saying as global temperatures have warmed (due to CO2) and as Arctic sea ice has melted over the past two and a half decades, more moisture has become available to fall as snow over the continents. That statement is true, but the global warming idiots forgot a very important fact. Greenhouse gases make up no more than 2 percent of the Earth’s atmosphere. Of that 2 percent, 3.64% of the Greenhouse Gases in the Atmosphere is Carbon Dioxide (CO2). Humans are responsible for about one-quarter of 1 percent of the greenhouse effect. Therefore, if carbon dioxide was the cause of global warming, it can be safe to assume that the cause was of natural source of CO2 (degradation of organic materials) than man-made.

(Investor Business Daily) Climate: Nothing makes fools of more people than trying to predict the weather. Whether in Los Angeles or London, recent predictions have gone crazily awry. Global warming? How about mini ice age?

A cautionary tale? You bet. Prognosticators who wrote the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, global warming report in 2007 predicted an inevitable, century-long rise in global temperatures of two degrees or more. Only higher temperatures were foreseen. Moderate or even lower temperatures, as we're experiencing now, weren't even listed as a possibility.

Since at least 1998, however, no significant warming trend has been noticeable. Unfortunately, none of the 24 models used by the IPCC views that as possible. They are at odds with reality.

Unfortunately, the prophets of climate doom violate this idea. No matter what happens, it always confirms their basic premise that the world is getting hotter. The weather turns cold and wet? It's global warming, they say. Weather turns hot? Global warming. No change? Global warming. More hurricanes? Global warming. No hurricanes? You guessed it.

Got that? No matter what the weather, it's all due to warming. This isn't science; it's a kind of faith. Scientists go along and even stifle dissent because, frankly, hundreds of millions of dollars in research grants are at stake. But for the believers, global warming is the god that failed.

This is what global warming is really about — wealth redistribution by people whose beliefs are basically socialist. It has little or nothing to do with climate. If it did, we might pay more attention to Piers Corbyn, a little-known British meteorologist and astrophysicist who has a knack for correctly predicting weather changes. Indeed, as London's Mayor Boris Johnson recently noted, "He seems to get it right about 85% of the time."

How does he do it? Unlike the U.N. and government forecasters, Corbyn pays close attention to solar cycles that, as it turns out, correlate very closely to changes in climate. Not only are we not headed for global warming, Corbyn says, we may be entering a "mini ice age" similar to the one that took place from 1450 A.D. to 1850 A.D.

NYC Mayor Bloomberg had a Katrina/Gulf Oil Spill Moment

Mayor Bloomberg is in hot water with the slow response to the blizzard that hit NYC yesterday. With advanced notice to the pending snow storm, Mayor Bloomberg had an Obama moment. Just like the Gulf Oil Spill, the lack of foresight and initiative cost lives and financial hardship to the residence of NYC. It took other counties from another state to help bail them out. The unions and city hall are blaming each other for the mess. Since the Mayor wouldn't stand up to the unions and decided to cut funding for police and firefighters, I blame the unions and Mayor Bloomberg and both should be blamed for NYC's nightmare.

(CBS New York) NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — A winter storm that dumped nearly 2 feet of snow on New York City is also whipping up criticism about how the city handled the response.

City officials said Monday night it could require another 24 hours to clear the snowy and icy side streets, WCBS 880′s Ginny Kosola reported.

The heavy snow sent city emergency services into a nose dive, with ambulances and fire trucks trapped in snow and facing long delays. There was also bickering between the city and some unions over whether a snow emergency should have been called, CBS 2’s Marcia Kramer reported.

As residents were being asked not to call 911 unless there was an emergency, sources said the city was having difficulty responding to many high-priority calls.

Crews from Burlington, Somerset and Mercer counties in New Jersey arrived in New York City to help with the back load of calls – 20 crews were assigned to Queens and 20 ambulances went to Brooklyn

At one point there were 120 ambulances stuck in the snow, Kramer reported.

EMS and fire sources questioned why the city didn’t call a snow emergency to keep cars off streets, which would have made it easier for emergency vehicles and snow plows to get around.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg blamed the fast pace of snowfall. He said it fell at 2 to 3 inches per hour during some periods overnight, and many main roadways had to be plowed repeatedly.

Los Angeles Pass Law Opposing Islamophobia Even Though Three Percent of Hate Crimes were Targeted on Muslims

This is absolutely stupid. Hate crime of Jews in LA is 88% and hate crimes for Muslims is 3%. Therefore, the city decided to protect Muslims. IDIOTS!

(Los Angeles Daily News) — Without serious debate or examination, the Los Angeles City Council recently passed a resolution that opposes “Islamophobia” and “repudiates” random acts of violence against Muslims.

This admittedly ceremonial resolution apparently accepts the premise that residents of the city commit acts of hate against Muslims so often that it warrants an official resolution from city leaders condemning and repudiating these acts. Is this really the case?

According to the latest hate crime report from the Los Angeles County Commission on Human Relations, 88 percent of all religiously based hate crimes in 2009 were against Jews. Hate crimes that targeted Muslims (3 percent) ranked slightly above those directed at Scientologists (1 percent). In fact, the commission found that attacks against Christians (8 percent) outnumbered attacks against Muslims.

In any case, the actual number of reported hate crimes based on religion is quite small. In a county that has more than 10 million highly diverse residents, only a total of 131 crimes based on religion took place in all of 2009. Of course, this in no way takes away from the emotional or physical harm that each and every one of these attacks causes.

Since only 3 percent of 131 hate crimes during 2009 was directed against Muslims, it’s difficult to understand why city leaders would pass a resolution that zeroes in on the category that has the next-to-lowest numbers recorded by the County’s Human Relations Commission.

It appears that the City Council simply took information provided by an advocacy group, one that’s hardly unbiased, and uncritically spat out a resolution opposing “Islamophobia” and “random acts of violence against Muslim-Americans.”

This begs the question: Except for some Islam-hating cretins with sub-zero levels of intelligence, exactly who is in favor of random acts of violence against Muslims?

The term “Islamophobia” has crept into popular use, drummed into our consciousness by a sensationalized Time magazine cover story, and activists who exaggerate anti-Islamic bias for the causes they espouse. The term dominated the often angry debates that swirled around the plan to build a mosque 600 feet from Ground Zero in New York. While there are extremists at both the left and right ends of the political spectrum, the issues surrounding this controversial building project are far more complex than anti-Islamic bigotry.

Factually, there is no alarming number of attacks against Muslim-Americans.

American Born Muslim Wants to Join US Military to Kill Our Soldiers

A recent poll done in 2007 showed that up to 25% of young, US Muslims support suicide attacks in the name of Islam. In that same poll, about 80% of the US Muslim population is assimilated into society. Therefore, if even 20% to 25% of US Muslims aren't integrated in our society, there is significant amount of radical Muslims within our borders who may be a possible terrorist threat!

(SIlive) STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - A former Staten Islander has been indicted on charges he lied to federal authorities about a trip to Pakistan during which he allegedly sought to join the Taliban.

Abdel Hameed Shehadeh, 21, formerly of Annadale and Prince's Bay, faces a three-count indictment that alleges he falsely said on multiple occasions that a 2008 trip to Pakistan was for the purpose of attending a religious school.

Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn counter that Shehadeh's real motive was to join a jihadist fighting group.

Shehadeh, who was born in the United States and attended Tottenville High School, initially caught the attention of U.S. authorities by buying a one-way ticket to Pakistan in June 2008. Once he arrived there, Pakistani officials wouldn't allow him into the country and he returned to New York.

Shehadeh "informed (one witness) that he hoped to be deployed to Iraq," the previous complaint said. "At the time he was applying to join the military, Shehadeh told (the witness), when he arrived in Iraq, he intended to commit 'treason' and fight United States soldiers."

The previous complaint said Shehadeh traveled to Hawaii in April 2009. There, he bought an airline ticket to Dubai in June, but was intercepted by FBI agents who told him he was on a "no fly" list. In subsequent interviews, he allegedly admitted he had hoped to join the Taliban and receive "guerrilla warfare" and "bomb-making" training, the complaint said.

Obama Quietly Put Death Panel Back into Obamacare

Knowing Obamacare cannot survive without Death Panels, Obama was able to sneak in Death Panels back into Obamacare through new Medicare regulations.

(NY Times)- When a proposal to encourage end-of-life planning touched off a political storm over “death panels,” Democrats dropped it from legislation to overhaul the health care system. But the Obama administration will achieve the same goal by regulation, starting Jan. 1.

Under the new policy, outlined in a Medicare regulation, the government will pay doctors who advise patients on options for end-of-life care, which may include advance directives to forgo aggressive life-sustaining treatment.

Congressional supporters of the new policy, though pleased, have kept quiet. They fear provoking another furor like the one in 2009 when Republicans seized on the idea of end-of-life counseling to argue that the Democrats’ bill would allow the government to cut off care for the critically ill.

While the new law does not mention advance care planning, the Obama administration has been able to achieve its policy goal through the regulation-writing process, a strategy that could become more prevalent in the next two years as the president deals with a strengthened Republican opposition in Congress.

Hawaii governor wants to step up action against 'birthers'

Hawaii governor Neil Abercrombie (D), 72, calms he knew Obama since he was a baby and took him to many social functions. That would make the governor 23 years old at the time when he entertained baby Obama. This governor is full of crap. The President of the United State is a public figure, and as a public figure, all records about the individual is open to public scrutiny. In fact, no one vetted Obama before he became president. If the Liberals are certain he is born in the United States, there shouldn't be any problem showing the birth certificate to the American public.

(The Hill) Hawaii's new governor wants his state to release more information in order to prove to skeptics that President Obama was born in his state and is a U.S. citizen.

Gov. Neil Abercrombie (D), a former congressman, expressed extreme disappointment that people still wrongly doubt Obama's place of birth.

As a result, the governor is asking the state attorney general and its health department head to see if he can release additional information pertaining to the president's birth in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961.

Afghanistan Marine sends 7ft ice sculpture of himself to his sister, 11, for the holidays

(Daily Mail) — An American Marine stationed in Afghanistan couldn’t make it home for Christmas – so he stunned his family by sending them an ice statue of himself.

The 7ft sculpture of 1st Lt. Neil Bucken holding an actual red rose arrived late Wednesday at his relatives’ home in New York, a day before his 11-year-old sister’s birthday, and in the nick of time for Christmas.

Bucken, 27, has been stationed in Afghanistan for nine months and has been home on leave only once so far. His sister Sullivan has grown four inches taller since he left.

The ice work was created by Vincent Nuzzolese, owner of the Nuzzolese Brothers Ice Corp. in Hicksville, Long Island, who used a photograph of the marine to create the likeness. He was so moved by Lt Bucken’s story he waived his usual £650 fee. ‘It was a given as soon as I got the phone call – I said this is something I want to do,’ Nuzzolese said.

‘It’s a special Christmas for us on this end, too, that we could help somebody else like this.

Half the family was all bawling their eyes out,‘ said his mom, Donna McBrien, a physician who lives in Hawaii, but who returned to New York for the holidays. ‘It was just amazing. It was very touching.’

The finishing touch was having a photo of him and his sister, both smiling in Honolulu, incased in the base of the giant sculpture.

It was the Birth of Christ that brought a Truce between Muslims and Jews for a Day

Imagine if it was Christmas everyday in Bethlehem.........

(News Max) BETHLEHEM, West Bank (AP) — The traditional birthplace of Jesus is celebrating its merriest Christmas in years, as tens of thousands of tourists thronged Bethlehem on Friday for the annual holiday festivities in this biblical West Bank town.

Officials said the turnout was shaping up to be the largest since 2000. Unseasonably mild weather, a virtual halt in Israeli-Palestinian violence and a burgeoning economic revival in the West Bank all added to the holiday cheer.

By nightfall, a packed Manger Square was awash in red, blue, green and yellow Christmas lights.

Merrymakers blasted horns, bands sang traditional Christmas carols in Arabic, boy scout marching bands performed and Palestinian policemen deployed around the town to keep the peace.

Bethlehem used to attract tens of thousands of tourists from around the world for Christmas celebrations, but attendance dropped sharply following the outbreak of the second Palestinian uprising in 2000.

As the fighting tapered off over the last five years, attendance steadily climbed. The town's 2,750 hotel rooms were booked solid for Christmas week, and town officials say more hotels are under construction.

Israeli officials have said they expect about 90,000 visitors in Bethlehem during the current two-week holiday season, up from 70,000 last year.

But the bloodshed has left its mark. Visitors entering the town must cross through a massive metal gate in the separation barrier Israel built between Jerusalem and Bethlehem during a wave of Palestinian attacks last decade.

TSA Warning Terrorist Using Explosive Thermoses

TSA must have a lot of time on their hands to figure this one out. Explosive thermoses is the decision imposed by the TSA as a viable form of terrorism. Even though we can't carry liquids on the plane, why would anyone bring a thermoses? In fact, I fly routinely and never saw anyone carry one, unless they work at the airport or doing construction work at the airport. I wonder what will be next. Perhaps, explosive pens.

(The Hill) Holiday travelers went into Christmas weekend with a new warning by the Transportation Security Administration about the potential for explosives packed in Thermoses.

"The possible tactics terrorists might use include the concealment of explosives inside insulated beverage containers, so in the coming days, passengers flying within and to the U.S. may notice additional security measures related to insulated beverage containers," the TSA cautioned in a public notice.

Even though the beverages contained within are already prohibited, the TSA said that "additional security measures related to insulated beverage containers" would be in place at screening checkpoints, including X-ray, inspections and technology to detect explosive traces.

Arizona Sheriff Authorizes Deadly Force on Drug Smugglers

Well, its about time..........

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) – Sheriff Paul Babeu has announced he plans to use deadly force, if necessary, to drive smugglers and border bandits out of his part of the desert.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has recently been in the spotlight for sniffing out smugglers and their drug loads. Sheriff Babeu told KGUN9 News he’s about to go on the offensive with a massive show of force to stop smugglers and bandits.

“We’re sending out three different teams of eight to fifteen deputies in each that are heavily armed, even with sniper teams, out to the desert at all hours of the day and night,” Babeu said.
Typically, deputies would sneak up on smugglers before arresting them, but Babeu says not this time.

“We’re going to wait until these cartel members come on through and we’re going to announce ourselves in Spanish in this known drug smuggling corridor. That this is the Sheriff, drop your weapons, you’re under arrest,” Babeu said.

In the week following the shooting death of a Border Patrol agent, the Sheriff admits the chances of having a gun fight in the desert are extremely high. After all, it’s the same desert where one of his deputies was shot and where they’ve seized thousands of pounds of drugs. Babeu says deadly force will be used if his deputies confront dangerous cartels.

“I’ve given specific instruction, no less than lethal force is going to be used. It’s all lethal force only and we go into that environment knowing that we’re likely expecting an armed threat from these people,” Babeu said.

Economist are Bullish or Full of BS on the Economy in 2011

Do not buy the rubbish that the economy is going strong. The economist from Northwestern University explained it very well why things look temporary positive. We are fools to believe we are on the road to recover if we have high unemployment, needing to extend unemployment benefits for 3 consectutive years, states going into financial crisis, and the devaluation of the dollar. Keep in mind that the stock market can make money whether it is in the bear or bull market.

(New York Times) WASHINGTON — Eighteen months after the recession officially ended, the government’s latest measures to bolster the economy have led many forecasters and policy makers to express new optimism that the recovery will gain substantial momentum in 2011.

Economists in universities and on Wall Street have raised their growth projections for next year. Retail sales, industrial production and factory orders are on the upswing, and new claims for unemployment benefits are trending downward.

Despite persistently high unemployment, consumer confidence is improving. Large corporations are reporting healthy profits, and the Dow Jones industrial average reached a two-year high this week.

But......

Robert J. Gordon, an economist at Northwestern University and a member of the committee that sets the start and end dates of business cycles, cautioned against excessive optimism, noting the huge burdens on state and local governments, rising costs of health care and other long-run fiscal challenges. “The rise of the stock market is mainly because there are no other good investments in sight, not because the stock market has some unique talent in predicting what’s wrong with the economy.”

POEM OF AN UNKNOWN SOLDIER (HIS VERSION OF TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS)

I heard this on the radio and it gave me a very heavy heart. To all my boys in Iraq and Afghanistan, we shall remember you in our prayers during this Christmas season. To every veteran, a job well done and your service will never be forgotten. God Bless you and God Bless the USA!

This poem was by an unknown soldier and it became an Internet sensation. The poem is another version of "Twas the Night Before Christmas." The story tells of Santa delivering gifts on Christmas Eve, only to find a army private on his own without presents or decorations. Please copy and paste and spread this around. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

It was the night before Christmas

He lived all alone

In a one-bedroom house

Made of plaster and stone

I had come down the chimney

With presents to give

And to see just who

In this home, did live.

I looked all about

A strange sight I did see

No tinsel, no presents

Not even a tree

No stocking by mantel

Just boots filled with sand

On the wall hung pictures

Of far distant lands

With medals and badges

Awards of all kinds

A sober thought

Came through my mind

For this house was different

It was dark and dreary

I found the home of a soldier

Once I could see clearly

The soldier lay sleeping

Silent, alone

Curled up on the floor

In this one-bedroom home

The face was so gentle

The room in disorder

Not how I pictured

A true British (American) soldier

Was this the hero

Of whom I’d just read?

Curled up on a poncho

The floor for a bed

I realised the families

That I saw this night

Owed their lives to these soldiers

Who were willing to fight

Soon round the world

The children would play

And grown-ups would celebrate

A bright Christmas Day

They all enjoyed freedom

Each month of the year

Because of the soldiers

Like the one lying here

I couldn’t help wonder

How many lay alone

On a cold Christmas Eve

In a land far from home

The very thought brought

A tear to my eye

I dropped to my knees

And started to cry

The soldier awakened

And I heard a rough voice

“Santa don’t cry,

“This life is my choice

“I fight for freedom

“I don’t ask for more

“My life is my god

“My country, my corps”

The soldier rolled over

And drifted to sleep

I couldn’t control it

I continued to weep

I kept watch for hours

So silent and still

And we both shivered

From the cold night’s chill

I did not want to leave

On that cold, dark night

This guardian of honour

So willing to fight

Then the soldier rolled over

With a voice soft and pure

Whispered: “Carry on Santa,

“It’s Christmas Day, all is secure.”

One look at my watch

And I knew he was right

“Merry Christmas my friend

“And to all a good night.”

Penn State Student Posts Jihadist Musical Tribute to Swedish Suicide Bomber

This explains how radical idiots find their way to the radical ways of Islam. It proves that people with pure hate finds comfort in Islam. It explains to reason why radical Muslims find their new recruits in many federal and state prisons. If Muslims want to end racial profiling, they need to stop these wannabes from making a mockery of their peaceful religion.

(Weasel Zippers) A Penn State student that has previously posted audio clips of songs praising Osama bin Laden has now published a tune in tribute to the Swedish suicide bomber, Taimour Abdulwahab al-Abdaly. Emerson Begolly, who operates online under his nom de jihad, Asadullah Alshishani and is listed on the Penn State directory as an undergrad in the Letters, Arts and Sciences department, posted his nasheed (Islamic chant) on the infamous Ansar AlJihad forum last week – just two days after al-Abdaly’s attempted terror attack. Begolly’s song vows to “blow their heads right off their shoulders” and that “martyrdom is what I wanted best”.

Obama Focus on the Economy is Entering the Third Year of Office

Obama is entering his third year in office and he hasn't done anything to fix the economy. Below are 3 articles that follows his effort. I wonder if he will ever get it right.

SECOND YEAR IN OFFICE (ONE YEAR AGO): 'Obama to focus hard on economy'

WHEN HE RETURN FROM VACATION (JAN 1, 2011): Obama pledges 'singular focus' on economy

Latest Census Done in 2010 Gives More GOP to Congress

(Associated Press) The Census Bureau announced Tuesday that the nation's population on April 1 was 308,745,538, up from 281.4 million a decade ago. The growth rate for the past decade was 9.7 percent, the lowest since the Great Depression. The nation's population grew by 13.2 percent from 1990 to 2000.

The new numbers are a boon for Republicans, with Texas leading the way among GOP-leaning states that will gain House seats, mostly at the Rust Belt's expense. Following each once-a-decade census, the nation must reapportion the House's 435 districts to make them roughly equal in population, with each state getting at least one seat.

That triggers an often contentious and partisan process in many states, which will draw new congressional district lines that can help or hurt either party.

Texas will gain four new House seats, and Florida will gain two. Gaining one each are Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah and Washington.

Ohio and New York will lose two House seats each. Losing one House seat are Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Associaled Press Top Ten News for 2010

Not the finest year for Obama. In fact, there are many that didn't make on the top 1ten list. Let not forget Arizona's enactment of a tough law against illegal immigration, Greece going bankrupt, a Supreme Court decision to suspend campaign finance, the great flood in Tennessee that wasn't reported, and the volcanic eruption in Iceland that caused trans-Atlantic air travel chaos. I wonder what 2011 will bring?

Here are 2010's top 10 stories, in order:

_GULF OIL DISASTER: The April 20 explosion at a BP-leased rig killed 11 workers and unleashed a deep-sea spill that ultimately spewed at least 170 million gallons of crude into the Gulf. Consequences included devastation for fishing and tourism industries, a huge and costly cleanup effort, a management change at BP, and creation of a $20 billion fund to pay for damages.

_HEALTH CARE OVERHAUL: After bitter political wrangling, President Barack Obama was able to sign into law one of his major campaign promises — a $1 trillion health care overhaul intended to expand coverage to more Americans. But Republicans used public misgivings about parts of the plan as a springboard for election gains, and the overhaul faced a welter of lawsuits challenging its constitutionality.

_US ELECTIONS: President Obama called it a "shellacking" — an election in which the Republicans surged to a majority in the House of Representatives, and gained more governor's offices and legislative majorities. The Democrats were able to hang on to their edge in the Senate, leaving the U.S. with at least two years of divided government.

_US ECONOMY: Economists said the deepest recession since the Great Depression was over, and consumers began to spend more as the year neared a close. But the unemployment rate stayed well above 9 percent, and home prices were weighed down by foreclosures and sluggish demand.

_HAITI EARTHQUAKE: Already the Western Hemisphere's most destitute nation, Haiti was shattered by an earthquake on Jan. 12 that killed at least 230,000 and left millions homeless. Crucial reconstruction projects were slow to get started; disease and political instability added to the woes.

_TEA PARTY MOVEMENT: Though it lacked the trappings of traditional political organizations, the tea party movement had a profound impact on the 2010 election, influencing the stances of Republican leaders and enabling some maverick challengers to oust GOP establishment candidates in the primaries.

_CHILE MINE RESCUE: In a year of disasters and squabbles, this was a miraculous feel-good story. Trapped nearly a half-mile underground for 69 days after an Aug. 5 mine collapse, 33 Chilean miners were freed one-by-one while an entranced global audience watched on television.

_IRAQ: U.S. forces formally ended their combat role and looked ahead to planned withdrawal, while Iraqis endured months of bitter political haggling after an election that failed to heal Sunni-Shiite divisions.

_WIKILEAKS: First came the online postings of a huge batch of U.S. military documents from Iraq and Afghanistan, Then WikiLeaks started releasing a cache of classified State Department diplomatic cables, creating embarrassment for Washington in its dealings with other nations.

_AFGHANISTAN: After months of deliberation, President Obama ordered a troop surge in a major bid to turn the tide of the nearly 10-year-old war. Intense fighting pushed the Taliban out of some longtime strongholds, but the militants remained resilient, and Afghanistan remained beset by corruption and ineffectual government.

$2 Trillion debt crisis threatens to bring down 100 US cities

What recovery? I wish Obama and the media stop lying to us.

(Guardian.co.UK) More than 100 American cities could go bust next year as the debt crisis that has taken down banks and countries threatens next to spark a municipal meltdown, a leading analyst has warned.

Meredith Whitney, the US research analyst who correctly predicted the global credit crunch, described local and state debt as the biggest problem facing the US economy, and one that could derail its recovery.

New Jersey governor Chris Christie summarised the problem succinctly: "We spent too much on everything. We spent money we didn't have. We borrowed money just crazily. The credit card's maxed out, and it's over. We now have to get to the business of climbing out of the hole. We've been digging it for a decade or more. We've got to climb now, and a climb is harder."

American cities and states have debts in total of as much as $2 Trillion.

Trash collectors to serve as eyes and ears in the street for police

During the George W. Bush's term in office, every liberal became outraged that certain wiretapping was conducted in the USA without a warrant. Currently, I haven't heard a peep from anyone criticizing Obama, who gave the FBI a broader authority to look at the trash you throw out once a week. Only a paranoid thin-skinned fool, who is currently sitting in the White House, could have thought this up. I think the word "ruler" has become Obama's path to be a dictator of this great nation.

(MSNBC) Waste Management workers are out and about when almost everyone else is not. Except someone who might be up to no good.

A former FBI agent recently trained all Waste Management drivers, helpers and technicians in Rensselaer and Albany Counties to act as a mobile community watch.

"They're on these routes every day so they're used to the normal situation so they are able to recognize a non-normal situation," explains Ken Bevis of Waste Management. Trucks are now armed with a cell phone, camera and incident reports so they'll have accurate information for police and, possibly, prosecutors.

Another Version of the Fairness Doctrine Coming to You Soon

Do not think that the government had the intention to protect us from the internet. Do not accept the notion that the government wants to control what internet providers charge you. This is a complete disguise to hide the real truth. In ever single terror plot that embarrassed the US government, they had to intervene to save face. From the underwear bomber to the shoe bomber plot, check-in at airports became a visual pageantry. The recent embarrassment of Wikileaks produce another excuse to implement an extreme solution. The real truth is that the FCC wants to control the contents that is being displayed on the internet. This is another version of the Fairness Doctrine. It may not look like it on the surface, but once the FCC becomes the gatekeepers of the internet, conservative talk radio will again be scrutinized. Every content on the web will be filtered. This is a violation of free speech and the FCC is committing an unconstitutional act.

(Wall Street Journal) WASHINGTON—The top communications regulator won support to pass contentious new rules for Internet traffic, a move likely to face legal challenges and create uncertainty about Internet regulation.

The Federal Communications Commission is set to approve on Tuesday Chairman Julius Genachowski's proposed rules governing net neutrality—a concept aimed at preventing Internet providers from interfering with web traffic

The rules are expected to bar providers from discriminating against legal Internet traffic and require more transparency. They also would let broadband providers for the first time charge more to companies that want faster service for delivery of games, videos or other services.

Net neutrality has become a contentious issue as worries grow that large phone and cable companies are growing too powerful as Internet gatekeepers. Start-ups and small businesses that rely on the Internet to provide shopping, information or other services to consumers are particularly concerned.

The FCC has wanted to step in and act as an Internet traffic cop, but Congress has never given it clear authority to do so.

Because Obama Gave Away Too Much Tax Credit, He Wants It Back

For those loons who praised Obama in giving a tax credit to every American, this president wants it back. In 2009, Obama gave every working American an increase in take home pay of $8 per week. This is our hard earn money that the government claims as their own. Therefore, Americans can expect to pay it back this coming April. In reality, this is a tax on every American.

(AP) WASHINGTON (AP) — About 13.4 million taxpayers may be getting unexpected tax bills because they were awarded too much money under President Barack Obama's Making Work Pay tax credit, a government audit said Thursday.

The tax credit, which expires Jan. 1, was designed to increase take-home pay by about $8 a week through new tax withholding tables. The credit was capped at $400 for individuals and $800 for married couples filing jointly.

However, the credit put millions of taxpayers at risk for not having enough taxes withheld from their paychecks, resulting in a tax bill when they file their returns, said the audit by J. Russell George, the Treasury inspector general for tax administration.

"The Making Work Pay credit is a key tax credit designed to increase spending and stimulate the economy," George said. "However, many taxpayers who are accustomed to receiving refunds when they file their tax returns may have owed taxes and incurred penalties in 2009, and may yet again in 2010, because they were advanced more of the credit than they were entitled to claim."

"I would hope that it would make sense on a bipartisan basis, this one-page continuing resolution on Feb 18th as an alternative to this 2,000-page monstrosity that spends a half a billion dollars a page," McConnell said on the Senate floor.

Another Terrorist Attempt on a DC Metro System Conducted by a Muslim

Again, another radical Muslim performing a terrorist act. This time it is on a D.C. Metro train system. Let's stop this political correctness. It wasn't a Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Maoist, or Atheist. It was a Muslim. Can we start profiling, now?

(TPM)- A 26-year-old Virginia man is being held in federal custody after he allegedly threatened to set off bombs on the D.C. Metro system. The FBI was alerted to the threats, allegedly sent on Facebook’s instant messaging system, by an informant before any plot was developed.

Awais Younis, who also goes by the names Sundullah “Sunny” Ghilzai and Mohhanme Khan, was arrested on Dec. 7. According to federal authorities, he described how to build a pipe bomb and said he’d place bombs on the third and fifth cars of Metro trains since those trains had the highest number of commuters on them.

The nature of the messages Younis allegedly sent to the FBI’s complainant indicates they had a close relationship. The complainant, who is a woman according to Younis’ Facebook messages, contacted the FBI’s New Orleans Office in late November.

According an an affidavit, Younis wrote to the woman on Dec. 5:
“you are sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong into something bigger then you and I. that is the problem with Americans they cant leave well enough alone until something happends then they sit there wondering why we dropped the twin towers like a bad habit hahaha. im telling you right now you are going to regret doing what you did. for your peace i hope what i am hearing is all lies.”

The affidavit states that a photograph on Facebook shows Younis “in Afghanistan holding an AK-47 rifle with his uncle standing in front of a tent with explosives in the tent. The caption for the photograph read, ‘My family business’.”

Another photo posted on Dec. 1 shows a hand holding rifle rounds for a machine gun with the caption reading “bullet behind every rock.” The complainant to the FBI that Younis recently stated on Facebook that “Christmas trees were going to go boom,” a possible reference to the plot against a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Oregon.

39 percent Job Approval Rating for Obama

At least, Jimmy Carter won't be alone as the worst President to sit in the Oval Office..........

(Zogby)- President Barack Obama’s job approval rating has fallen again to 39%, equaling a low since he took office. Also, 63% of likely voters say Obama is a weak leader, compared to 19% who label him strong.

Much of the slippage in Obama’s approval rating from 42% on Dec. 1 was caused by a drop of nine percentage points among Democrats (82% to 73%). His approval also went down among independents, from 39% to 36%. Just 7% of Republicans approve. His approval was also 39% on Nov. 22.

These results are from a Zogby Interactive poll of 1,914 likely voters conducted from Dec. 8-10, 2010.

The survey also finds voters fairly split as to whether Obama has done better, worse or about the same as other presidents in keeping his campaign promises. However, only 29% rated how well he has kept his promises as excellent (4%) or good (25%). He is rated poor on this question by 42% and fair by 27%.

Jimmy Carter Says Biggest Failure was Allowing the American Hostages in Iran Remain Captive for 444 Days

Finally, Jimmy Carter realize that doing nothing to release the American hostages in Iran and allowing them to be kept captive for 444 days would piss the American people at the voting booth. Besides, he was also responsible for high taxes, stagflation, and severe gas shortage.

(Politico)- Former President Jimmy Carter says his biggest failure during his term in the White House was that he didn’t get to spend another four years there.

“I guess my biggest failure was not getting reelected,” he said in an interview with Big Think, referring to the 1980 presidential election.

Carter, 86, said the loss taught him “not to ever let American hostages be held for 444 days in a foreign country without extracting them.” He added, “I did the best I could, but I failed.”

Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) challenged Carter in the Democratic primaries “and then that cost me a lot of votes,” the former president said.

“I should have paid more attention to the organization of the Democratic Party,” Carter said. “I was not only the leader of our nation, but I was also the leader of the Democratic Party. And I think I failed in that respect to keep the party united.”

Cincinnati mosque received anti-Muslim e-mail

Ironically, it seems that Muslims can dish it out but can't take the heat. Also, their uproar doesnt conclude the 16,000 deadly terrorist attack by radical Islamist since 9/11. If these Muslims claim Islam as a religion of peace, they should stand up to radical Islam.

(WaPo) — A Muslim civil liberties group says a threatening e-mail has been sent to a Cincinnati mosque that was bombed five years ago.

The local chapter of the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations quotes the Dec. 11 e-mail as saying Muslims aren’t wanted in Cincinnati and warning: “Beware. We may just declare jihad (holy war) on you.”

FBI spokesman Michael Brooks said Tuesday that the FBI is investigating. He declined to discuss details of the threat or the e-mail’s origin.

No one was injured in two explosions from pipe bombs Dec. 20, 2005, at the Clifton mosque near the University of Cincinnati campus. There were no injuries and only minor damage, and no arrests have been made in the case. A threat against the mosque was also reported in 2006.

Omnibus Spending Bill is 1924 pages with 6488 Earmarks Total 1.1 Trillion Dollars

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ) delivered the following statement today on the floor of the U.S. Senate:

“Mr. President, at 12:15 p.m. this afternoon, my office received a copy of the omnibus appropriations bill. It is 1,924 pages long and contains the funding for all 12 of the annual appropriations bills for a grand total of over $1.1 Trillion. It is important to note that the 1,924 pages is only the legislative language and does not include the thousands of pages of report language which contain the details of the billions of dollars in earmarks and, I’m sure, countless policy riders.

“While we continue to uncover which earmarks the appropriators decided to fund – thanks to a new online database – we at least know what earmarks were requested by Members and how much those projects would cost the American people if they were all funded. Taxpayers against Earmarks, www.washingtonwatch.com and Taxpayers for Common Sense joined forces to create this database. According to the data they compiled – for fiscal year 2011 Members requested over 39,000 earmarks totaling over $130 billion. Absolutely disgraceful. I encourage every American to go to the website www.endingspending.com study it, and make yourselves aware of how your elected officials seek to spend your money.

“In the short time I’ve had to review this massive piece of legislation – I’ve identified approximately 6,488 earmarks totaling nearly $8.3 billion. Here is a small sample:

$277,000 for potato pest management in Wisconsin
$246,000 for bovine tuberculosis in Michigan and Minnesota
$522,000 for cranberry and blueberry disease and breeding in New Jersey
$500,000 for oyster safety in Florida
$349,000 for swine waste management in North Carolina
$413,000 for peanut research in Alabama
$247,000 for virus free wine grapes in Washington
$208,000 beaver management in North Carolina
$94,000 for blackbird management in Louisiana
$165,000 for maple syrup research in Vermont
$235,000 for noxious weed management in Nevada
$100,000 for the Edgar Allen Poe Cottage Visitor’s Center in New York
$300,000 for the Polynesian Voyaging Society in Hawaii
$400,000 for solar parking canopies and plug-in electric stations in Kansas

“Additionally, the bill earmarks $727,000 to compensate ranchers in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan whenever endangered wolves eat their cattle. As my colleagues know, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Gray Wolf program is under intense scrutiny for wasting millions of taxpayer dollars every year to ‘recover’ endangered wolves that are now overpopulating the West and Midwest. My State of Arizona has a similar wolf program but ranchers in my state aren’t getting $727,000 in this bill.

“Mr. President, I will have much more to say about this bill later this week. I assure my colleagues – we will spend a great deal of time talking about this bill and the outrageous number of earmarks it contains. But for now let me just say this: it is December 14th – we are 22 days away from the beginning of a new Congress and nearly three full months into fiscal year 2011 – and yet we have not debated a single spending bill or considered any amendments to cut costs or get our debt under control. Furthermore, the majority decided that they just didn’t feel like doing a budget this year. How is that responsible leadership?

“This is the ninth omnibus appropriations bill we have considered in this body since 2000. That is shameful and we should be embarrassed by the fact that we care so little about doing the people’s business that we continuously put off fulfilling our constitutional responsibilities until the very last minute.

“One thing is abundantly clear to me – that the majority has not learned the lessons of last month’s election. The American people could not have been more clear. They are tired of wasteful spending. They are tired of big government. They are tired of sweetheart deals for special interests. They are tired of business as usual in Washington. And they are tired of massive bills – just like this one - put together behind closed doors, and rammed through the Congress at the last moment so that no one has the opportunity to read them and no one really knows what kind of waste is in them.

“Let me be clear about one thing – if the Majority Leader insists on proceeding to this monstrosity - the American people will know what’s in it. I will be joined by many of my colleagues on this side of the aisle to ensure that every single word of this bill is read aloud here on the Senate floor.

“I encourage my friends on the other side of the aisle to rethink their strategy and move forward with a short-term continuing resolution to fund the government into next year when a new Congress takes over – a Congress that was elected by the American people on November 2nd. “The majority may be able to strong arm enough members into voting for this omnibus – but they will not win in the end. The American people will remember – and I predict that we will see a repeat of November 2nd in the very near future.”

Michelle Obama Says Fat Kids are a National Security Threat

It is accepted fact that obesity runs rampant throughout America. However, I can't understand how obesity is a national security threat that the government must intervene. There are cities banning saturated fat from menus in restaurants. There are some local governments imposing higher tax on sugar drenched sodas. Also, the government made fast-food restaurants change the way to cook french fries. It doesn't make any sense. These government interventions will never substitute good parenting. The American family will never allow the government raise their child. If the government want to help, they should mandate physical education or gym back into the school program.

(Politico)- First lady Michelle Obama plans to warn in remarks Monday that the nation is seeing “a groundswell of support” for curbing childhood obesity, and she is unveiling new ammunition from current and retired military leaders.

“Military leaders … tell us that when more than one in four young people are unqualified for military service because of their weight,” the first lady says in the prepared remarks, “childhood obesity isn’t just a public health threat, it’s not just an economic threat, it’s a national security threat as well.”

The first lady and President Barack Obama are making a rare joint speaking appearance on Monday, at Harriet Tubman Elementary School in Northwest D.C.’s Columbia Heights neighborhood, as he signs into law the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.

Possible Military Showdown between Japan and China

Due to the aggressive and arrogant tone from the Chinese government, Japan is refocusing its army and military forces toward securing the line of small islands in the southern Nansei chain that stretches from Japan’s main islands toward Taiwan. This military decision by the Japanese government was initiated due to the threat by China's rapidly growing military power. In particular, the conflict between the two superpowers may stem from a territorial dispute. In September 2010, the Chinese government was irate in the arrest of a Chinese fishing boat captain that clashed with Japanese coast guard vessels near the Senkaku islands – known in China as the Diaoyu group – which Tokyo claims as part of their territory.

Originally, Japanese military were concentrated to the northern island of Hokkaido to defend against a feared full-scale invasion from the Soviet Union. Since there is no longer a threat with the Soviet Union, Japan is now concentrating more resources against a more viable threat with China.

Tokyo has already deployed more troops and military technology to the southern island of Okinawa. China has already deployed submarines and supersonic anti-ship missiles into the region. China's aggressive move is seen as a challenge for the US and Japanese military superiority in an area that includes sea lanes vital to the trade-dependent economy.

Bailout to Banks Produce Big Profits But at a Cost

In the article, financial firms and banks made a record profit for 2010. Also, new regulations will make it difficult for the financial system to continue bouncing back from the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Not mentioned here is the repercussion in bailing out the financial system. Even though financial firms and banks made a handsome profit, they still owe the government billions in dollars from the bailout. Unless you are a shareholder to one of these financial firms or banks, majority of Americans are not benefiting for it. Actually, the bailout is causing the national debt to balloon and devaluation of the dollar. The combination is bringing the country close to bankruptcy. The outcome will cause countries to stop financing our debt. In addition, our government will continue to print money from thin-air causing inflation to sky-rocket. Currently, we are seeing the ugly reality unfolding in front of us. Therefore, on the surface, the government saved the banking system, but at a price to the American people.

(Bloomberg) Wall Street’s biggest banks, rebounding after a government bailout, are set to complete their best two years in investment banking and trading, buoyed by 2010 results likely to be the second-highest ever.

The surge has come after the five banks took a combined $135 billion from the Treasury Department’s Troubled Asset Relief Program and borrowed billions more from the Federal Reserve’s emergency-lending facilities in late 2008 and early 2009 following the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Since then, the firms have benefited from low interest rates and the Fed’s purchases of fixed-income securities.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for most of these banks, and I think they’ve recognized it as that,” said Charles Geisst, a finance professor at Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York, who has written about Wall Street’s history. “The profits they’re making now will allow them to replenish their capital and take care of the other things they need to do.”

Liberals Must Read the Constitution to Understand that they are WRONG

Liberals tend to implode when ask to prove with facts. Unless they have access to the Daily Koz or any liberal blogs for reference, Democrat politicians are actually stupid. The Constitution is not a living document. Beside protecting the American people, the Constitution sole purpose is to control an abusive government.

CNSNews.com)CNSNews.com: “Madam Speaker, where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?

Pelosi: “Are you serious? Are you serious?"

CNSNews.com: “Yes, yes I am."

Pelosi then shook her head before taking a question from another reporter. Her press spokesman, Nadeam Elshami, then told CNSNews.com that asking the speaker of the House where the Constitution authorized Congress to mandated that individual Americans buy health insurance as not a "serious question."

OBAMACARE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL

This one paragraph says it all. Obamacare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!!

(Bloomberg)The Obama administration’s requirement that most citizens maintain minimum health coverage as part of a broad overhaul of the industry is unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled, striking down the linchpin of the plan.
