SCOTUS DECLARES OBAMACARE Is A Legit TAX

Even though the majority of Supreme Court justices declares the individual mandate as unconstitutional, Chief Justice Roberts join with the liberal justices to accept that Obamacare is a tax. If you look at it that way, the government spends 18% of the GDP on healthcare. In contrast, we spend 4.8% of the GDP on the military. It is now a reality to see what other countries experience under socialize medicine. Prepare yourselves for rationed healthcare, death panels, a weakened economy, and destruction of a perfectly good healthcare system.

(Rush Limbaugh) RUSH: Hey, folks, have you seen the economic news today? Have you heard about the unemployment numbers today? (laughing) Gross domestic product, have you heard about any of that? Because I have it here, and it sucks. It's a disaster. The economy of this country remains a disaster. And we, the American people, have just been deceived in ways that nobody contemplated. And what we now have is the biggest tax increase in the history of the world. What we have been told by the chief justice of the Supreme Court and four liberals on the court: Obamacare is just a massive tax increase. That's all it is. Obama lied to us about that. The Democrats lied. "It wasn't a tax. There was no way it was a tax."

The chief justice was hell-bent to find a way to make this law applicable, so he just decided, you know what, as a tax increase, it works, because there's no limit on the federal government's ability to tax. And it's right there in the preamble of the Constitution, right there, Article 1, Section 8, the general welfare clause, it's been established Congress can tax whatever, whoever, whenever, how much they want. Even when they don't ask for it, the Supreme Court is gonna find a way to make what they want to do legal because John Roberts said it's not our job here to forbid this. It's not our job to protect people from outcomes. It's not our job to determine whether it is right or wrong or any of that. We just get to look at it. We can't forbid this. This is what the elected representatives of the people want.

No, the elected representatives of the people were deceived. Remember yesterday I asked you, if this decision went this way, what was your initial reaction going to be. And how many of you were deflated as you can be because of the way this was reported? The first thing that came down, the mandate, unconstitutional, that was the first thing everybody reported. Mandate unconstitutional, big sigh of relief. And then within moments, wait a minute, wait a minute, we're reading further. Hold it just a second. The mandate's unconstitutional, but the court has decided it's a tax, and therefore it's okay.

So Obamacare is nothing more than the largest tax increase in the history of the world.

Obama Says Obamacare is Not a Tax- LIAR!!!!

ABC News George Stephanopoulos' 2009 interview with President Obama refusing to accept the argument that a mandate to buy health insurance is equivalent to a tax. The US Supreme Court deemed that the individual mandate or Obamacare is constitutional because it allows Congress to raise taxes on the American people. Thus, Obamacare was debated as a tax and was considered within the right of the Congress to levy it.

Ron Paul Introduces Audit the Fed Bill to the House

IT IS ABOUT TIME!!!

(Washington Times) The House oversight committee voted Wednesday to demand a broad audit of the Federal Reserve system by congressional investigators - a major move lawmakers said is designed to bring accountability to the murky workings of the independent board.

The bill was sponsored by Rep. Ron Paul, the Texas Republican who turned the push for an audit into a powerful campaign slogan and whose criticism of the Fed’s monetary policy drew hundreds of thousands of voters into the political process.

It passed by voice vote, signaling the growing sense among lawmakers that the time has come for a full review. Committee members said they hope for a vote in the full House next month, and the legislation has been sponsored by 263 members, virtually assuring its passage.

Federal law right now specifically prohibits such a broad audit, and opponents fear undermining the independence of the Federal Reserve.

If the bill clears the House it will still need a vote in the Senate - but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat, has spoken approvingly of an audit in the past.

Stockton Filing Bankruptcy is the Largest US City to Fail

Stockton has become the cities largest in the U.S. to seek bankruptcy protection. And it seems, the city doesn't know who is to blame. Well, let me shed some light. Overspending, unions, and illegal aliens are sucking the city dry. Wasteful programs and corruption has taken a very prominent city into the ghetto. In other words, George Bush is to blame. LOL.

(LATimes) STOCKTON — This Gold Rush-era port city, an epicenter of California's agricultural exports, will become the nation's largest city to seek protection under the U.S. bankruptcy code after its City Council on Tuesday stopped bond payments, slashed employee health and retirement benefits and adopted a day-to-day survival budget.

City Manager Bob Deis likened the process to cutting off an arm to save the body. He is expected to file bankruptcy papers immediately.

Most knew what the night held; bankruptcy has been a long time coming. Stockton has been in negotiations with its creditors since late March under AB 506, a new California law requiring mediation before a municipality can file for reorganization of debt. It was the first use of the law, and policy analysts who watched its torturous and tedious progress have titled their report on it "Death by a Thousand Meetings." Mediations ended Monday at midnight.

How Stockton found itself so mired in debt can be seen everywhere in the city's core. There is a sparkling marina, high-rise hotel and promenade financed by credit in the mid-2000s, mere blocks from where mothers won't let their children play in the yard because of violence.

The city made $90 million in drastic cuts from the general fund in the last three years, including reducing the police department by 25%, the fire department by 30%, and cutting pay and benefits to all employees. There is a state investigation into whether Stockton's financial devastation was entirely due to shortsighted optimism or if there was corruption. The state mediation law requires assigning blame.

MSM Happy about the 2000th Death in Iraq, but not in Afghanistan

HYPOCRISY! IT DOESN'T MATTER. OBAMA IS A ONE TERM PRESIDENT AND THE MEDIA WILL LOSE MORE VIEWERS!

(NewsBusters) On June 13, the CBS Evening News devoted a story by David Martin to the Afghanistan death count reaching 2,000, as Martin interviewed a mother of a fallen Marine. CBS was alone. There was no story last week on the Afghanistan death “milestone” on ABC, NBC, the PBS NewsHour – or even on the MSNBC programs found in Nexis, including Rachel “Our Military’s In a Perilous Drift” Maddow.

But the networks were all more aggressive when the 2,000 mark arrived in Iraq on October 25, 2005. The Big Three networks devoted 14 morning and evening news stories to the death toll from October 24 through the end of October, and another 24 anchor briefs or mentions. They used the number to spell “disaster for this White House.”

Obama is Toxic as Democrats Distance from President

Career Democrat politicians knows Obama is toxic. However, November is referendum against the stupidity of Democrats in Washington. You may run, but you can not hide. LOL

*The Daily) Vulnerable Democrats looking to distance themselves from President Obama have found an easy way to bolster their independent bona fides: just skip Obama's big party.

At least half a dozen Democratic officials have said in recent days that they won't attend the Democratic National Convention this September in Charlotte, North Carolina, where the president will formally receive the party's nomination for a second term. The latest: New York Democratic Reps. Bill Owens and Kathy Hochul, both of whom won special elections in recent years – in 2009 and 2011, respectively – that were heralded by party leaders.

"I guarantee that my time will be better spent meeting the farmers, small business owners and other people who put me here," Hochul told The Daily today.

A spokesman for Owens gave a similar explanation.

"He just has a packed schedule back home," he said.

Obama Made a Deal with the Saudi to Bring Oil Price Down

Donald may be right but gas is still expensive. If Obama can bring gas price to 2008 level ($1.72/gallon), then he will win this November. However, that will NEVER happen

CNBC HOST: Donald, you see the OPEC news this morning? Venezuela wants OPEC to stop pumping more, overproducing, they are saying, that, because Saudi Arabia is pumping above the limits it's supposed to be doing to help us out a little bit and Venezuela is complaining and right now you're looking at oil prices at about back around $82.

DONALD TRUMP: That's still very high, Becky, they should be at $30 if you look at free market. I think Saudi Arabia is doing Obama a big favor. Look, you have to do be a favor, I have to get elected, you can't do it like you've been doing the last three years driving it up to $150 because that's where it's going and I think Saudi Arabia is doing Obama a big fat favor. I think he asked for the favor and prices are coming down, but also the economy's going bad so maybe it won't help that much. but as soon as -- assuming if Obama got elected, you're going to see something with oil like you've never seen before, it will go through the roof. The favor will be repaid many times over.

Obama Wants the Youth Vote by Legalizing Pot

Obama is getting desperate. Since he is losing the youth vote, Obama is planning to use the legalization of pot to bring them back. If Obama wants more votes, he should open the borders and making the illegals into US citizen.

(Atlanticwire) In 2004 George W. Bush's re-election campaign worked to put anti-gay marriage ballot initiatives up for vote in several swing states in order to turn out more hard-core conservatives to the polls. This year the question is whether marijuana legalization measures will turn out young voters for Obama.

Bush's plan to use gay marriage bans -- in states that did not actually allow gay marriage -- as a turnout booster led to signs featuring icky public restroom symbols proliferated and liberal panic that the Christian right had taken over. The press obsessed over "values voters." One of Bush's aides, Ken Mehlman, who later came out as gay himself, has apologized for the strategy, two others say it didn't work.

This year there's another incumbent president with modest approval ratings who could turn out his base with controversial ballot measures. But this time, the issue features no biblical or scatological imagery. In 2012, voters in swing states will decide whether they'll allow their fellow citizens to bear joints. Unlike the gay marriage votes, there's no indication that Obama's re-election team is behind any of the pot legalization initiatives, but there are Democrats who are hoping that it will boost turnout among weed's biggest fans: young people.

Getting more young people to vote has long been a Democratic fantasy, since they tend to vote so heavily Democratic. But past attempts to bong the vote have been disappointing, in part because stoners aren't the group anyone would most count on to bother filling out a ballot.

Under Obama, Americans wealth dropped 40 percent

The blame can stem from Democrats screwing around with the housing market (Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barney Frank, and Chris Dodd). Also, the blame can be place on Obama, whose policies didn't do anything for the American public.

(Washington Post) The net worth of the American family has fallen to its lowest level in two decades, according to government data released Monday, driven by a more than 40 percent drop in their stakes in their homes.

The Federal Reserve’s detailed survey of consumer finances showed families’ median wealth plunged from $126,400 in 2007 to $77,300 in 2010 — a 39 percent decline. That put them on par with median wealth in 1992.

Feds Holding of US Debt Soars 452% under Obama

Nothing to say, but shaking my head. 452%!!!!

(CNSNews.com) - Since President Barack Obama was inaugurated in January 2009, the Federal Reserve’s holdings of U.S. government debt have quintupled, according to the Fed’s official monthly balance sheet.

On Jan. 28, 2009, a week after Obama’s nomination, the Fed owned $302 billion in U.S. Treasury securities. On April 25, 2012, the latest date reported, the Fed owned five and a half time that much in U.S. Treasury securities--$1.668 trillion.

That is an increase from January 2009 of $1.366 trillion—or 452 percent.

Obama Loss the Support of the Jews

Obama has given up getting the support of the Jews. Currently, the president is trying to get the Hispanic vote. It is important to note that the president has lost the faith of the American people.

(IsraelNationalNews) U.S. President Barack Obama currently has the support of 64% of Jewish registered voters, according to the Gallup polling agency.

This is 10% less than the percentage of Jews who voted for Obama in 2008, and is similar to the percentage of Jews who voted for Michael Dukakis when he contended for the presidency against George Bush in 1988. Republican Mitt Romney enjoys 29% support among Jews.

Gallup notes the 10-point drop is "five points worse than his decline among all registered voters compared with 2008.”

The conservative Hot Air blog points out, however, that since 1988, all Democratic nominees have received more than 64% of the Jewish vote: "…Kerry, Gore, and Clinton all cracked 75 percent, and Jimmy Carter raked in 71 percent when he was elected in 1976. The only nominees who failed to reach 70 percent in the past 35 years were, er, Dukakis, Mondale, and Carter in 1980, the last of whom nearly lost the Jewish vote to Reagan."

US Credit Rating AA+ and Outlook is Negative

Under Obama, we still have very high unemployment, spending is out of control, trillion dollar deficits, our liberties strained, and our credit rating still sucks. It is time to make Obama a one term president.

(YAHOO) The United States held onto its AA+ rating from Standard & Poor's Friday but the agency said it also kept a negative outlook on the country, citing the political deadlock over fixing the fiscal deficit.

Ten months after delivering a historic rate cut to Washington, removing its top-level AAA rating, S&P warned that the reasons for the downgrade remained in place and that if anything they were deteriorating.

The ideological deadlock between Republicans and Democrats continued to block real solutions for closing the government's deficit and bringing down debt, S&P said.

It reiterated its August 2011 warning that if politicians do not come together to address the gaping fiscal hole and reduce debt over the medium term, the United States could be dealt another downgrade.

"The negative outlook reflects our opinion that US sovereign credit risks, primarily political and fiscal, could build to the point of leading us to lower our 'AA+' long-term rating by 2014."

Obama, Private Sector Jobs is Doing Just Fine. HUH?

Obama has lost touch how to run this country. I have no idea what program he is watching. The economy still sucks!

(WSJ) It was just six words from a 29-minute news conference, but President Barack Obama's assertion that "the private sector is doing fine" looks primed to play a starring role in this already-fevered campaign season.

Mr. Obama turned at one point to the U.S. He said Republicans needed to join him to help state and local governments that have continued to pare jobs while private-sector employment expands.

"The truth of the matter is that … we've created 4.3 million jobs over the last 27 months, over 800,000 just this year alone," he said in response to a question. "The private sector is doing fine. Where we're seeing weaknesses in our economy have to do with state and local government," which, he said, isn't getting the support it needs from Washington.

Mr. Obama sought to clarify the remarks later in the day, saying "it is absolutely clear that the economy is not doing fine." He nonetheless again noted the rebound in private-sector job growth and corporate profits to contend that the private sector has "not been the biggest drag on the economy."

Either way, in an election year likely to be defined by voters' perceptions of the economy, the damage was done.

In the May Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, conducted before the latest disappointing jobs data, more than half polled said they disapproved of the president's handling of the economy. A third of Americans said the country is on the right track.

Obama Sitting on $70 Billion in Unspent Cash

What do you when you have $70 billion dollars of unspent taxpayers money sitting around and a 1.2 trillion deficit? Nothing. That is what Washington does. They horde our taxpayers money as hostage. It's the taxpayers money and it should be return back to us.

(WashingtonTimes) The federal government has at least $70 billion that has languished for years in unspent accounts, never reaching the states, localities, businesses and taxpayers the money was designed to help, according to a new report by Sen. Tom Coburn.

Mr. Coburn, the Senate's chief waste-watcher, said in many cases politicians and bureaucrats ignored money already in the pipeline and went out to try to corral more funding instead.

The $70 billion figure is money that's been unspent for years, including $13 billion in road-building money that was earmarked to the wrong places, or for projects that states and localities no longer want to build.

"A dollar taken from the taxpayers left unspent is a dollar not needed by the government or a dollar that did not go to someone in need," Mr. Coburn said in a letter accompanying his report. "It represents a failure to budget wisely."

The $70 billion has built up over years. By comparison, the federal government is projected to run a $1.2 trillion deficit this year.

Obama Blew Off D-Day Again

Disrespectful! Obama never cared for the troops and do not understand what the military does. Bush would never done that. I hope this bites Obama in the ass. There are many states with veterans that not forgot what Obama did.

(Whitehousedossier) It’s D-Day and President Obama is hitting the beaches – of sunny California!

Obama failed to mark D-Day with either a speech or a written proclamation both last year or the year before. He did give a speech in 2009, the 65th anniversary of the event.

First Lady Michelle Obama, who has made much of her “Joining Forces” campaign to support military families, also has nothing planned for D-Day. She’ll be in New York City for a fundraiser and then in Philadelphia to meet with campaign volunteers.

Obama’s failure to mark D-Day in any significant way is both a shame and a political mistake.

Facebook Will Disappear in 10 years

Facebook started at $38.00/share. In 2 weeks, the stock plummeted to $26.90. It seems Facebook will end up like Yahoo, Netscape, AOL, and MySpace. It is only a fad that will fade away.

(CNBC) Facebook will lose dominance as a major web company in less than a decade, Eric Jackson, founder of Ironfire Capital said Monday on CNBC's Squawk on the Street.

"In five to eight years they are going to disappear in the way that Yahoo has disappeared," Jackson said. "Yahoo is still making money, it's still profitable, still has 13,000 employees working for it, but it's 10 percent of the value that it was at the height of 2000. For all intents and purposes, it's disappeared."

Jackson said there have been three generations of web companies. The first generation was big web portals, such as Yahoo [YHOO 15.01 0.09 (+0.6%) ], where content was aggregated in one place. The second was the social web with Facebook [FB 26.90 -0.82 (-2.96%) ] and the third generation is companies focused entirely on monetizing the mobile platform, something Facebook will continue to struggle with, Jackson said.

Last month Facebook acknowledged its mobile challenge in a regulatory filing. The company stated that the growing number of mobile users using Facebook is hard to monetize and "may negatively affect our revenue and financial results."

WORDS DOES MATTER

WORDS DOES MATTER! REMEMBER THAT IN THE VOTING BOOTH THIS NOVEMBER!!

Fox News Forced to Remove Obama's Hope and Change Video

Fox News executives took down a damning video as they are comparing the “Hope and Change” hype of Barack Obama. Fox decided to compare what it was like before Obama took office and after completing 3 and ½ years in office. Without prior consent to upper level management, the video was taken down because Fox is afraid of an Obama backlash.

The promises Obama made before he became president did not meet the expectation of the American people. During his campaign, Obama promise he won’t increase the debt for our children to pay. However, Obama increased the national debt to 15.7 trillion from 10 trillion.

Obama promised that creating jobs are the number one priority. Before he took office, unemployment rate was 7.8%. Currently, it is 8.3% and climbing. Also,Obama said that he would take more people out of poverty. However, the Obama Administration believed that a food stamp program will stimulate the economy, which brought 46.2 million people into the program from 28.2 million.

Obama promised a rescue plan for the middle class, which was absolutely absurd. Obama’s rescue plan increase the price of gas to $3.68/gal from $2.50/gal, price of beef to $3.01/lb from $2.35/lb, price of pork to $3.75/lb from $4.60/lb, and price of bread to $2.05 from $1.97.

Obama promised that his policy would help more families to save for the future. However, the failed policy made housing market, spending, jobs, and consumer confidence worst. Thus, the American family with no saving jumped to 23.4% from 18.5%.

Ironically, this is what Obama said as he will continue with his “Hope and Change” motto in this election.

Obama Has Outspent Last Five Presidents

It is official. Obama has out spent the last 5 presidents. Is it still Bush's fault?

(USNEWS) President Obama has shelled out more in federal spending than the five presidents that came before him.

A new chart by the Comeback America Initiative (CAI), a non-partisan group dedicated to promoting fiscal responsibility by policymakers, shows federal spending by president as a percentage of GDP, and it doesn't reflect well on Obama.

Federal spending was close to 20 percent under the Carter administration, dropped to 18 percent under Clinton, and is currently at an incredible 24 percent of GDP. According to the Congressional Budget Office, federal spending may hover around 22 percent for the next decade.

Federal spending is also higher this year than any year since 1949. The last time spending was higher—in 1946, it was 24.8—the country was just coming down from the exorbitant rates of spending during World War II.

Obama Still Blames Bush for the High Unemployment

Obama had the nerve to invite former President George W. Bush back to the White House and still talk trash behind Bush's back. As today's report showed a jump in unemployment, Obama still blames Bush for it. Obama stress every month, the monthly employment and unemployment figures can be volatile, and employment estimates can be subject to substantial revision. Therefore, Obama is stating the importance not to read too much into any one monthly report. In order not to look like an idiot, Obama is asking the public not to take the figures seriously. Actually, Obama really doesn't care. If Obama wanted to fix unemployment, he should not have run for the presidency.

(Whitehouse Blog) Problems in the job market were long in the making and will not be solved overnight. The economy lost jobs for 25 straight months beginning in February 2008, and over 8 million jobs were lost as a result of the Great Recession. We are still fighting back from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.

Today we learned that the economy has added private sector jobs for 27 straight months, for a total of 4.3 million payroll jobs over that period. The economy is growing but it is not growing fast enough. BLS’s establishment survey shows that private businesses added 82,000 jobs last month, and overall non-farm payroll employment rose by 69,000. The unemployment rate ticked up from 8.1 percent in April to 8.2 percent in May, according to BLS’s household survey. However, the labor force participation rate increased 0.2 percentage point to 63.8 percent, and employment rose by 422,000 according to the household survey.
